Our 2024 Hopes & Dreams Conference brings together parents, students, professionals, exhibitors, and sponsors for a day of learning and collaboration!
Parents: Apply for a scholarship
A limited number of parent scholarships are available to attend conference at no cost. Parents who have been awarded a scholarship will be notified via email by March 1.
We are planning 15 breakout sessions and two general sessions. Keynote speakers and session topics will be announced soon!
Family Connection is changing lives by making connections, raising awareness, and promoting inclusion for those who have a disability or chronic health condition.

Attendee: $85
Early bird pricing ends on February 29th. Beginning March 1, ticket price will be $100
