Today is Bridge Day, a celebration commemorating the building of the New River Gorge Bridge in West Virginia.  But we can celebrate it here in SC by building our own bridges!

Here’s a FREE  STEM activity from Spivey Sparks on Teachers Pay Teachers that will walk you through the math, science, and planning that goes into building a functional bridge.  Test your build to see if it will withstand weight, water, and even simulated natural disasters!
