Escher. Space is limited! \nImages by artist Maurits C. Escher (1898–1972) fascinate audiences with their imaginative design\, consummate draftsmanship\, and dreamy visions. His mind-bending prints include subjects like infinite staircases\, tessellating birds changing into fish and back again\, and two hands drawing each other. \nThis is the largest private Escher collection on exhibition in the world\, including woodcuts\, lithographs\, drawings\, and mezzotints. You will see his best-known prints as well as lesser-known works\, spanning his entire career from his earliest print to his final masterpiece. You’ll also get a glimpse into the artist’s process with a woodblock study and lithographic stone. Registrations for anyone who has a birthday coming up in June. \n\nWe will send out a list of participants (up to 10 others) who are also having a birthday.\nYou will send each of them a card…and each one will send you a card.\nPlus\, you’ll get one from Cola City admins too!\n\nWe will try to group the lists by ages as much as possible. We recommend you make the cards personalized with a token gift inside–like stickers\, temporary tattoos\, a printable game or handmade note. Something that mails easily with a regular stamp. \nRemember this is meant to be fun! So have your child do a reasonable part of the project. Young ones might put a sticker on the envelop or be able to sign their name.
