All learning supplies included\, please help your child to dress appropriately for the weather. All students should come with a full reusable water bottle. \nOur preserve is located at 247 Chestnut Ferry Road in Camden\, SC. Driving Directions: From Walmart in Camden head north on Springdale Drive\, toward the race track. Chestnut Ferry Road (a dirt road) crosses over Springdale drive at the bend. Turn left onto Chestnut Ferry road and continue down until you see our pinecone logo sign. Our driveway is the last on the left. After proceeding through our gate\, do not stop in the maintenance lot. Continue down our long driveway\, past the right turn\, and into the parking area. You will see our green and tan restroom building \nRegistration is non-refundable unless your program is cancelled by staff due to weather. Only students using supplies need to register. We will meet at Irmo Town Hall located on 7300 Woodrow St\, Irmo\, SC 29063. We will email you prior to the cleanup to verify the meeting location and attendance. \nKeep the Midlands Beautiful started the Spotless Service Saturday initiative to address highly littered areas with monthly cleanups hosted by our team! Cleanup locations rotate each month in the areas KMB serves – Richland County\, Lexington County\, the City of Columbia and the Town of Irmo. This event grew from a collaboration with the USC Service Saturday program.  All residents\, both individuals and groups\, are encouraged to join the KMB team and USC students in these monthly cleanups. \nThis is a great volunteer opportunity for teens\, parents\, and kids of appropriate age.  REGISTER HERE.

Come together with other Midlands queer youth to solve the murder and figure out if this was truly a prom to die for.\n\n\nMidlands Queer Prom aims to be an inclusive and affirming event specifically designed for LGBTQ+ youth to celebrate their identities in a safe and supportive environment. Unlike traditional proms\, which may not always cater to the diverse needs of LGBTQ+ individuals\, Midlands Queer Prom provides a space where attendees can express themselves authentically\, free from judgment or discrimination. \nThis event includes elements such as gender-neutral dress codes\, same-sex couples being welcomed and celebrated\, and a focus on LGBTQ+ artists and performers. Queer Prom is not only a celebration but also a statement of solidarity and empowerment\, fostering a sense of belonging and community among LGBTQ+ youth who may face challenges or isolation in other social settings.
