Jackson Homeschoolers\nFriday\, October 27 from noon-2pm\nAll Ages — FREE\nNote: This is a Cola City event\, in partnership with Fort Jackson Teens/Tweens.\n\nFirst of all…come in costume!! Teens\, tweens\, adults\, younger siblings welcome! All are encouraged to dress up. \n\nWe will start with a pumpkin carving contest for the tweens and teens. Each person (or family) should bring his or her own pumpkin and carving tools. You can print out a design beforehand or just freehand. Younger siblings who are not carving\, can watch or play in the park.\n\nOnce the contest is over\, we will do Trick or Treat Hide and Seek. Teen volunteers will hide in the park with a stash of candy while younger participants seek for them. When they are found\, they will give out candy. Bring a bag of candy to contribute to the game. \n\nMeanwhile\, judges will judge the best pumpkins in the contest. When we come back together after Hide and Seek\, we will announce the results of the carving contest and give away prizes.\n\nWe will be at Southeast Park\, 951 Hazelwood Rd\, Columbia\, SC 29209.
