DESCRIPTION:Not-Back-To-School Splash!\nby Cola City Homeschoolers\nFriday\, August 18 10am-1pm\nAll ages — $2/participant\nLet’s kick off the school year with a celebration for *NOT* going back to school! We’re doing water wars and a teen/parents water wiffle ball challenge. Fun for all ages. \nFriday\, August 18 from 10 am to 1 pm at Granby Gardens Park\, 1800 12th St\, Cayce\, SC 29033. It’s located in front of the Cayce Police Station. \nWe’ll provide kiddie pools and wiffle ball equipment. Bring your own squirt toys. This is a free tour–guided by the library staff. \nMeet on Wednesday\, August 23rd at 10 am. Please try to arrive a few minutes early to find parking and so we can organize into age groups. \nTour groups will be divided by age groups Elementary and Teens to help your student learn to find resources for topics they’re studying. Younger siblings can follow along with parent chaperone. \nYou do not need to be a county resident in order to attend this tour. If you wish to check out materials\, you will need a library card. Out of county cards can be purchased for $65: click here. \nFree parking behind the library in the lower lot and across the street at Park Street.
