Valuable skills such as speaking in front of people and other components of theatre will be taught in this fun class that helps with easing audition nerves while gaining confidence. \nCamp Tap Tap Tap Away (add-on session)\n\nAll ages are welcome!\n12:00 PM/12:30 PM\nCost: $40; No shoes? No problem! We can help! \nLooking to add a 30-minute tap lesson to your camp experience? We’ve got you covered! For just $40\, you can be one of those dancin’ feet with a personalized tap lesson. Dancers are separated by age and experience. \nCampers also enrolled in Mission Audition camp will stay another 30 minutes for this class. Over the last 120 centuries\, the area has had an array of inhabitants\, including mammoths\, Native American tribes and Civil War soldiers. It includes earthworks from an 1865 Civil War battle. The park is full of stories and offers something for explorers of all ages. \nGuided historical walking tours are offered on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the year. Trained by the National Park Service\, our volunteer guides will take you on a walk along this beautiful trail filled with stories of the Battle of Congaree Creek\, Fort Congaree and Native American Lifeways. There are also special events including Nature Days and Civil War Encampments. \nCurrently\, the park is collecting donations to build a state of the art visitors center. Each station is manned by collegiate and professional volunteers. \nThrough a new partnership with STEM Global Action\, CEBA is dedicated to designing and delivering the STEM South Carolina (STEM SC) initiative as part of the University’s mission to enhance educational access to all students for success in Science\, Technology\, Engineering and Math. DESCRIPTION:Homeschool Days: SC Native Animals\nby Revolutionary War Center\nWednesday\, Oct 2nd @10am\nGrades 3-12 — FREE\nNote: Not a Cola City event. \nOnce a month\, the Rev War Center offers a free homeschool day where small school groups can come together and experience one of the educational programs offered by the Center. A minimum of ten students will be needed to host these educational programs\, if the minimum is not met then parents will be notified a week prior that the program will be canceled. Programs are geared toward students in 3rd grade through high school. Younger students are welcome to attend and follow along\, but will need the assistance of their guardian throughout the program. \nAdults are welcome to sit in on the program\, just be aware that the focus will be on teaching the young students present. \nOctober Program: South Carolina’s Native Animals \nScholars will head outdoors to find twelve examples of diverse biosystems from South Carolina.
