But\, we are eligible as a school in Richland County\, if you want to participate. \nRichland County students are invited to design a habitat awareness poster highlighting the diversity and importance of natural and managed habitats. Each poster must include the words “Home is Where the Habitat is” in the poster design. \nPosters submitted by Friday\, April 11\, 2025 will be eligible for prizes at the local\, state\, and national levels. \nA habitat is the unique environment where an organism lives\, from tiny rock pools to vast forests. The 2025 Stewardship theme\, “Home is Where the Habitat is\,” highlights the role of both natural and managed habitats in our conservation efforts.
